Я всё жду, когда же у них таки будет дно в их шизофрении, но его, видимо, априори не существует.

Реальное письмо, полученное сегодня от украинского контрагента одной европейской компании. Болд мой.
Dear Partner,
Please note there has been a change to one of the document requirements, which may affect the preparation of invoices going forward.
In the Approved Exporter statement required on the invoice (the phrase: “The exporter of the products covered by this document…”), the letter “z” in the word authorization must now be replaced with an “s”, so it reads authorisation.
While this is a small change, as of 2026, Ukrainian customs requires this updated wording on all import documents from the EU.
The complete and correct wording is therefore as follows:
“The exporter of the products covered by this document (customs authorisation No _ ) declares that, except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of _ preferential origin.”
Kindly note: If your statement already reads “authorisation” with an s, no changes are needed.
