Survey Development Center (SDC) Developer

 

Overview: Strong customer focus, good communication skills and excellent HTML/JavaScript knowledge for developing e-surveys.

 

Detailed Description: Serve as technical consultant to our requestors. Negotiate deadlines and explain IT options to a non-technical audience

 

Communicate with clients (assess requirements, iterative survey development, coaching client on best practices)

Ensure accuracy and acceptability of final product

Develop surveys using 3rd party application and customize them as needed

Frequently work on own, with no on-site guidance.

 

Desired Skills: 3+ years of professional experience in the IT Service Industry

 

Business or system analyst / analytical experience in IT area

Excellent English skills: written communication, grasp of grammar and comfortable on phone and in all verbal communication

Strong customer focus

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to juggle projects and shift priorities on a daily basis

Comfortable managing own workload

Flexible hours (would be required to work in shifts)

Strong team player (knowledge sharing, documenting practices, providing feedback)

Good Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, CSS, FrontPage, ASPs and web concepts (design, architecture, concepts, graphic and /or design principles)

Please note that we require both local language and English language fluency for all positions in countries where English is not the native language.

 

Background/Training: Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
