Все эти коды сами по себе совершенно нормальные, на них сидит без счёта обычных абонентов, но ими злоупотребляют. То есть надо думать, прежде чем туда звонить, но это не значит, что туда звонить нельзя. ЗЫ. По-моему, сугубейше американская наколка. Европе (если голову на плечах иметь) не грозит. Это чисто американский слово-паразит — звонить, судя по виду кода, куда-то в своей стране, а на самом деле в совсем другую страну и по совсем другим тарифам.
